Meet Our Visionary Founder: Edith Ijeh
Dr. Edith Ijeh is a globally recognized leader, an award-winning professional, and a driving force in international affairs, strategic human capital development, and impactful program management. With a distinguished background that includes roles as a Director of International Affairs and Strategy and an Associate Director of Programs, Dr. Ijeh has consistently led cross-functional teams to deliver significant organizational growth and achieve complex business objectives.
Her expertise is notably deep in the construction HR sector, where she has pioneered innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent, fostering enhanced employee satisfaction and productivity.
Dr. Ijeh's exceptional contributions have earned her an Honorary Doctorate in Human Resources Management and Manpower Development (2022), alongside earlier accolades for outstanding leadership and administration from the Law Student Association of West Africa (2013) and multiple awards from the African University of Technology and Management (UATM). She also served as a consultant and Associate Director at the International School of Management (ISM), Lagos.
A passionate humanitarian and advocate for Education and sustainable development, Dr. Ijeh's commitment to the African dream is evident in her work. She has personally trained and recruited over 1000 individuals in construction skill development since 2019, impacting numerous local and international companies, including the Dangote Refinery.
Academically, Dr. Ijeh holds a Diploma in Public Administration, a Bachelor's and Master's in Communication and International Relations. Her entrepreneurial acumen is further showcased by her experience as an ex-student of the Microsoft Accelerator project for entrepreneurs and an alumnus of the renowned Fate Institute (School of Entrepreneurship). She also possesses specialized training in modern building techniques and interior design from the Builder Hub Institute.
Fluent in French and several local languages, Dr. Ijeh's dynamic leadership, diverse expertise, and upcoming book, "Now That You Are Skilled" (launching October 1, 2025), position her as a pivotal partner for investors and organizations committed to shaping the future of human capital and sustainable development across Africa and beyond.

Marketing Manager
Faith Iyeh brings a wealth of experience in business development and strategic growth to her role as Marketing Manager at Skill HR Africa. With a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, Faith possesses a strong foundation in effective communication and market understanding.
Before joining Skill HR Africa, Faith honed her skills in dynamic and fast-paced environments. From 2019 to 2022, she served as a Business Development Manager at OPAY, where she was instrumental in driving key initiatives and expanding market reach. Following this, Faith continued to excel at Nomba as a Business Cluster Manager from 2022 to 2025, demonstrating her exceptional ability to lead and optimize business operations within a defined cluster.
At Skill HR Africa, Faith is responsible for spearheading our marketing strategies, ensuring our services reach those who need them most and effectively communicating our value proposition. Her blend of business acumen, communication expertise, and a proven track record in high-growth companies makes her an invaluable asset to our team and our clients.

Aikhetuabhen Osas Samuel is a highly skilled Data Analyst at Skill HR Africa, dedicated to transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smart business decisions. He is proficient in essential data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, and Python, enabling him to effectively interpret data trends, create dynamic dashboards, and optimize digital operations for better outcomes.
Osas brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a strong understanding of information management, having graduated with a degree in Library Science. Prior to joining Skill HR Africa, he served as an IT Manager at Eagles Agriculture Development, where he gained valuable experience in managing information systems and leveraging technology for organizational growth.
